Spectrum Title Services, LLC is a licensed title agency operating in the State of Florida. We provide the following settlement and title services:
- Title Insurance (Owner’s and Lender’s policies)
- Title Search and Examination
- Real Estate Closings (Residential and Commercial)
- Escrow and Settlement Services
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide title or settlement services. All engagements are subject to a separate written agreement, title commitment, or closing instructions between you and Spectrum Title Services, LLC.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Spectrum Title Services offers SMS text messaging communications via RingCentral to clients and contacts who choose to opt in. By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Spectrum Title Services regarding your title order, closing schedule, document requests, transaction updates, and other communications related to our services.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Service
You are not required to consent to SMS communications as a condition of receiving title or escrow services. Your consent is entirely voluntary.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your transaction. You may receive periodic messages for closing confirmations, document reminders, or status updates.
Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Spectrum Title Services is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages unless you re-opt in. You may also contact us at Eric@spectrumtitle.com to request removal.

Privacy of SMS Data
Important: Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose unrelated to your direct communications with Spectrum Title Services, LLC. 4. RESPA Compliance
Spectrum Title Services, LLC operates in compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and applicable Florida law. Any affiliated business arrangements will be disclosed to you separately as required by RESPA. You are not required to use any affiliated provider as a condition of our services.
5. Intellectual Property
