Welcome to our home at 423 SE 19th Street, conveniently located outside of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We operate out of an old Key West-Style home that was converted to an office in the 2000’s. We welcome you to come by and check out our office, grab a cup of coffee, or hang out with us on the patio in the backyard. We pride ourselves on our teamwork and combined experience to provide total real estate solutions to Realtors, Buyers, Sellers, Borrowers, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Developers and Investors.

Mr. Jackwin is a licensed Florida Attorney and owner of Spectrum Title Services, LLC and Jackwin Legal, P.A., a business and real estate law firm with offices in Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Jackwin took over Spectrum Title in June 2017 from Attorney Adam Ouellette and moved the company to its downtown Fort Lauderdale location. Mr. Jackwin’s passion has always been in real estate. In addition to advising clients on their real estate transactions, Mr. Jackwin has experience in acquiring residential and commercial properties personally. Mr. Jackwin is dedicated to always improving the real estate closing experience through education and personal service.
Mr. Jackwin is originally from Connecticut and moved to South Florida in 2007. Mr. Jackwin was recruited to swim for Florida Atlantic University Men's Swimming & Diving Team, where he was named Captain his senior year. Swimming is still a passion for him as he is a Three-Time All American Masters Swimmer and a member of the Swim Fort Lauderdale Masters program. Mr. Jackwin is proud to be a long-standing Trustee Member of Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, a non-profit organization responsible for revitalizing the riverfront area in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Ms. Velazquez has been with Spectrum Title Services, LLC since its beginning in 2008. Ms. Velazquez has over 20 years experience in the real estate closing and title insurance industry, having worked for several national law firms prior to joining Spectrum Title Services, LLC. Ms. Velazquez enjoys bringing contracts to a smooth and successful closing and will go above and beyond to do what is necessary to get a transaction closed.
Ms. Velazquez lives in Weston with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Ms. Velazquez enjoys bike riding and spending time with her family and two dogs.
